Do you now whats the best word you said. you want to stop. i now what I'm about to say to you .you mite think its silly. give me a chance please. go to your room alone open the bible and ask god to help you. open your heart to him. but be real. also seek help. Therese alot of programs that can help you. even in school. ask your parents for help. or some one you trust. i prayed i helped you. do not give in to it. your stronger then that.

Please go to your parents and tell them what is going on. It may seem like the hardest thing in the world to do, but trust me, trying to deal with all of this on your own is a LOT harder. They will be able to get you help you need, both in fighting your addictions and in dealing with other problems you are having. But they can't help you if they don't know there is a problem.

I don't know you, but I'm a mom, and I am begging you, please don't huff anything ever again. You said you have been huffing "air duster"...I am assuming you mean compressed air, which is very toxic. Just this past spring, my daughter's best friend's sister died from doing the same thing. She was only 20, and my daughter's friend, your age at the time, was the one who found her.

If you feel you can't talk to your parents, find another adult you trust, such as a school counselor. A lot of schools, even small ones, now have drug and mental health "intervention" programs right on campus. If your school has one, please take advantage of it, even if you are only going to be there for just a couple more weeks. They can help get you started on the right path, and maybe even help with talking to your mom and dad. I know that at my kids' school, the intervention office offers them a safe, and confidential, place to go, with no judgement.

Good luck to you hon. No matter what you decide to do, I truly hope you don't try to go it alone!

go to a trusted adult there is help out there I was in your shoes 30 years ago and then it was very taboo today people understand better and are will to help also believe it or not if your parents really love u and u them you should come clean as I'm sure they are scared too about all the changes they keep things together for u please let them in on this it is not easy but nothing in life that is worthwhile is good luck don't ruin your life!!!!

You need to talk to your parents now,so they can get you the help that you need.It will be hard but family and friends will stand by you,you are young and can get past this.As for the so called friend that is selling it to you should be reported for his actions before he sells to someone that will overdose on it and die.please please go to your mother and father now and as far as moving i know that it will be hard but be proud of your dad for serving his country.i will pray for you and please come back on and let us all know how you are doing.
