I have a friend who is a homosexual and she is a christian and knows that it is wrong to be a homosexual. It kills her when she messes up in that area and she really wants to get better. Is she still a christian and what can I tell her to make her feel better about her realtionship with God?

Once Born-Again, Regular Ole' Sins (Murder, Stealing, Fornication, Being Gay so on) Will Not Cause you to Lose your Salvation.
Hebrews 6:4,5,6 is the Unpardonable Sin. It Takes Time to Commit it and It is Real Hard to Commit it too.
Very Few Commit the Unpardonable Sin.
Now, if your Born-Again and Still Sinning (not Trying to Follow Jesus)---satan is agonna' Give You a "HELL" of a Time!!
See, once your a Child of GOD, satan LOOKS for Ways to Kill, Steal and Destroy You. (satans got all of the UnBelievers! Why the Need to Persecute them anymore?) The Unbelievers cannot Hurt satan---The Believers CAN!!! And Should!!!)

The God referenced in most spiritual books is not the real thing. The real one has no preference in how we live our lives. All is holy; all is acceptable.
The question might be better phrased like this: Can someone help me love and accept my friend just as she is, regardless of any external cues?

maybe you can go find a passage in the bible on lesbians to read to her ?
