My roommate has to female cat sisters, who only squeak and don't meow, ever? They are non neutered freak, is this normal?

This is normal! I have a 6 month kitten and she's just barely starting to meow like an older cat.
It's actually very cute.
Just like human babies can't talk right when their born!
It takes them a little while!

Some breeds of cats don't meow loudly, like others do. For instance, I have a couple of "alley" cats, a registered Himalayan and some Siamese/Himalayan mixes. One of the "alley" cats is so quiet, you can hardly hear her, even if she's sitting on your lap. The Himmy is very much the same. However, the Siamese mixes and the other "alley" cat (male) are all LOUD! So, it just may depend on what breed is the dominant one in her family. Don't worry, if they want something badly enough, they'll let you know. Good luck...

they are not spayed you mean? it's normal for some cats to "squeak" one of mine squeaks. He doesn't know how to meow lol

very normal. it just hasn't learned to meow yet.
