Perjury=lying
Lying hinders the investigation thus obstruction of justice.
I'm not saying he is guilty.
I'm just explaining the charges.

Perjury is lying about a material fact in the case before the court. If a woman gets on the stand and the case is where was the defendant the night of the murder, and she lies and says she is 38 when she is 40, that is not perjury. If she says the defendant spent the night with her, and in fact he had not, that would be perjury. It is defined as lying under oath, knowingly, to a material fact in the case.
The others got the Obstruction thing right.

Usually when they refer to obstruction they mean hiding facts, conspiring to hide facts or evidence, or possibly helping someone evade arrest. Perjury is lying under oath.
