Are you exposed to some cleaning fume on Thursday or Friday mornings? Do you change your sleep habits or go out and have a few drinks in a smoky bar? Are you doing a particular job duty and your posture changes? Does someone else going out on Friday wear a different perfume?
All of these can cause headaches, including just plain sinuses, like if they street clean or something and you are breathing in the dust. I suffer from headaches so I'm familar with the whole scene. If you can pinpoint to a day like this, start journaling and try to figure out what is different. Good Luck.

Interesting...is there anything at all that you do or eat/drink on Friday that you don't eat the rest of the week? Is there any added stress or anxiety on Fridays? Try to think about anything that you might do that is even slightly out of the ordinary: foods you eat, places you go, things you do, medications/vitamins/supplements you take, etc.

Sounds like there is something your avoiding Friday night. You don't get symptoms on just one day if something is physically wrong. It would do you good to try to identify, something that you don't like ,that you would have to do if you weren't feeling so bad. It only lasts as long as this thing would be necessary to do.
