Easy?? Here's easy, hun.
Take some potatoes and slice. Place in bottom of a pan. Take your pork chops and place on top. Open a can of cream of mushroom soup and wisk with just a little milk and a little garlic powder and salt. Pour over chops and potatoes. Bake at 400 for about 45 min.
You can make this in a crock pot the same way and just let cook 6-8 hrs.

Thaw your pork chops first, then brown in a skillet/pan with a little hot oil, turning to get both sides. Set them aside.
You can use mushroom soup for the basis of your sauce.
Just add 1 cup milk or water to thin out sufficiently.
Melt 2 tbsp butter in pan, or use fat from browning.
Add 1 can of mushroom pieces, or slice & saute fresh ones.
You can also add sliced onions, celery, or sweet peppers.
Remove the vegetables & add to the pork chops.
Add 2 tbsp flour & stir on low-medium heat until golden.
Add 1 cup of milk gradually, stirring until edges simmer.
Transfer chops & vegetables to a baking dish,
pour sauce over, & finish in the oven at 350-400F 1/2 hour.
Serve with steamed rice or boiled pasta.

Episode: Romantic Dinner Hearthside Cookalong
2 teaspoons oil
2 (1-inch) thick pork rib chops
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup madeira
1/2 pound assorted wild mushrooms
2 teaspoons butter
Splash of cream
2 tablespoons fines herbes (mixture of equal parts chopped chives, chervil, parsley and tarragon)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Add pork to the skillet and saute until brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and transfer the pork to a square baking dish. Add the chicken stock and madeira to the skillet. Place over medium-high heat. Boil until reduced by half, scraping up browned bits, about 6 minutes. Pour over the pork.
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat 2 teaspoons butter in the pork skillet. Add mushrooms to the skillet and saute until softened and brown.
Bake pork until tender, about 25 minutes.
Transfer pork chops to serving plates. Place sauce over heat. Add mushrooms and a splash of cream into the sauce and bring to a boil. Stir the fines herbes into the sauce just before serving, reserving some to sprinkle over the pork chops. Spoon sauce over the pork chops. Sprinkle with more fines herbs.
