Do you think he had to get people to stand guard to warn him when a T-Rex or a Velociraptor was in the area?

And when the rain started but the flood wasn't that bad yet do you think they were scared when they were cooped up on the ark wondering if a T-Rex would crash into it and kill them all?

Hello!
Noah was given a time! Noah was 480 years old when God warn Him (Genesis 6:3), because the flood occured when Noah was 600 years old (Genesis 7:11).
According to our modern calendar the flood happened in the year 4990 BC.
Noah was a preacher of Righteousness (1 Peter 2:5), He was warnig the world at that time but people did not listen to him. They thought that Noah was crazy.
I hope that my answer will help you.

I read the answers you have received so far. It is sad that one does not know of God.
Did you just hear about it randomly? Or have you read about it in the Bible?
The Bible tells you Jehovah God spoke to Noah and told him to build the ark. He gave the specifications. And Noah did likewise.
There is no mention of T-Rex's or any other creature of that sort. And also, there was no need for anyone to stand guard. Noah had faith in Jehovah. Jehovah would not let any harm come to Noah.
My dear, please read the Bible. Have someone explain it to you. Try to find one of Jehovah's Witnesses (Isaiah 43:10) to help you. If you do not have anyone near to explain then contact me. I can teach you about how the earth, mankind, and so many other things came about. I can help you with the fate of the people during Noah's day. What will happen in our day. There is so many things to learn.
Sincerely,
Rene

There is no reason to think that they were meat eaters or hostile to mankind at that time. Perhaps they could have been tamed and used by Noah and family to help in the building of the ark - I mean in time past we trained elephants for a wide variety of tasks. The problem with your thought process regarding this is your vantage point. You believe the past means more wild and ferocious animals (this is the Hollywood version). However you must understand that the Bible teaches that in Eden there was no blood shed and clearly God created all animals on the fifth and six day of creation. That dinosaurs slowly became more wild each generation after the fall.

Its Quite Likely that Dinosaurs had died off the face of the earth by the time of the Flood. Animals were not promised Life everlasting.

Did any of those bad fellas get on the boat? My son would kill me, he's a senior chief in the Navy, I meant SHIP(smile).
Seeing as we don't see them in the zoo these days, except maybe a distant evolved cousin, perhaps they weren't around in the good old Noah days!

God was in control of the whole situation. He told the momma T-Rexes to bring their boy and girl babies, kiss them by and put them on the Ark. The mothers left smiling knowing God would take care of their babies, because God doesn't abort, and they knew they'd shortly be in heaven watching over their babies.

Noah would not need hundreds of thousands of species. He would just need the basic kinds (only about 1,000 total), and he did not have to chase them down. God brought them to the ark.
Creationists believe in natural selection (which involves a loss of genetic information), but not evolution (which requires a gaining of information).
Noah and his family would not need to worry because God was providing for them.
One more thing, people built wooden boats all the time. They would have as many worries as Noah about animal attacks.
