Yes I would. I have called on my own sister. I have made countless call about drunk drivers. I drive a semi-truck and have a few of them come onto the interstate and almost hit me. I have seen a lot of accidents that were cause by drunk drivers. There should be harsher punishments for them. Maybe something like lose their drivers license for 1 year and pay a $1500 fine for the first offense.

Yes, and if a person saw this happening and didn't call 911 they are just as stupid as the drunk who is just about to drive the car.

I have done so a few times and have no compunction to do so again and again.New Mexico even has 'hotline' for doing just that and it is on speed dial.Drunk drivers are so prevalent here it seems and it is beyond me that even with all the attention we give it,people just continue to commit this horrible act.State lawmakers are not truly serious about this issue. If they were, the penalties would be much more severe.
