That question was a bit tongue in cheek..was curious to see what kind of answers I would get not that I had 50 + answers..

some individuals went to hell and some individuals made it to heaven, but most reincarnated. of those that went to hell or heaven, some returned to earth after some time also.

Absolutely, by the time Jesus will be here, all will be already in hell and by that time, hell will be more popular than heaven, no body will want to go to heaven!! j/k

According to the Bible (somewhere in the NT) it explains those people living before Christ would be judge by their moral rules of their society and times. Sorry, I have not read the Bible in ages.
