We weren't planning on having chicken today so we didn't thaw any out. Can we boil frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts or do they have to be thawed first?

I would suggest thawed out first. The chicken will look better and even taste better. Thaw it in the refrigerator or under cold running water.

Yes, you can boil frozen chicken, just allow a bit more time. Also, you can defrost it in the microwave- that's how I always defrost meat.

You can boil frozen chicken. It might take longer to cook, but it will be fine.
