It happened to my dog once. i gave her a sausage, and she ate it soo fast, she ended up vomiting 3 times. But at other times nothing would happen. She probably ate it too fast, or was food poisoned. Give her some fresh water. Feed her something she loves to eat. If she doesn't eat or acts weird, then take her to the vet. If she acts normal, dont worry. Only take her to the vet if she wont eat, or acts weird. Hope i helped. Take care

It isn't POSSIBLE to give enough information for anyone to solve this problem over the internet, even if there were vets on here!
So the dog has vomited a few times, she's had a bone recently. That's the only relevant info that's been given. Based on that, she could have a piece of bone lodged in her gut - but really it could be zillions of things!
Just take the dog to the vet if you're worried. There are so many possible things that could be causing the vomiting, I can't even start. A vet will do a physical examination and take clinical history from you - we can't diagnose this problem over the internet.

It could be that she just has an upset tummy or it may be something serious like an intestinal blockage. Make sure she has water and is urinating and defecating OK. You can try to feed her a small amount of chicken and rice. If she holds that down after 15 minutes, you can feed her a little more. If she vomits, then you need to take her to the vet.
Sometimes dogs will vomit for no apparent reason - just because they don't feel well.
ADD:
Please check your house and make sure nothing is missing or chewed on. Sometimes dogs will eat the most unlikely things.

My guess is that your dog ate something that didn't agree with her...perhaps she found some leftover food on the floor or ate something outside (this has happened with my dog before...hot dogs). This sounds kind of gross but look at the vomit to see if it was dog food that your dog threw up or if it looks like something else. Pay close attention to what she's getting ahold of and if you have children make sure they don't feed the dog. Also so you don't have this problem next time with your dog trying to get vomit out of the carpet, try putting your dog in an enclosed area while you are gone.

One of our dogs had chewed on a bully stick and then the next night one of our other dogs chewed on it and was almost instantly sick. He threw up several times but by the next morning he was fine. I've also had some friends have trouble with loose stools using bully sticks.
One other thing to consider is if she has part of it lodged somewhere. In that case she needs to go to the vet soon! Watch her closely and if she doesn't improve shortly, take her to the vet.

I would watch her through out the night and see how she does. Take away her foor and make sure she has plenty of water. If she's not better in the morning I would definitely atleast call the vet and see what they say. You might not need to take her in. Our poodle gets sick when he eats anything out of the norm so we have to watch him. Usually he feels better within a few hours. Take the bone away for sure!

If your dog keeps vomiting, becomes lethargic or other symptoms arise, the best thing to do is take her to the vet.
No one can diagnose and solve your dogs problem over the internet.

probably take her to the vet. They could find something out weather it's a stomach problem or she got sick. Just take her there soon! for now give her plenty of water, and don't give her the bones, for now! Hope she feels better!
