Well my eyes been red and itchy on and off since Spring. No tears, no pain, no tearing. Its fall now and my eye allergy still haven't go, is it allergy or dry eye?

Most dry eye patients do have excessive tearing at times. Alergies can be treated with OTC's like Zatidor, or you can see yoru eye doctor for RX meds! Make sure you wash your face well before you go to bed!

Allergies can cause dry eye. Are you taking anything for allergies? There are good oral anti histimines like Claritin and Reactine. You can also get good topical anti histamine drops by prescription from your doctor.
