as the paradox goes "can god create a stone even he almighty cannot lift"

we think he is powerfull....but if you think about it....just think........why did he create us? if he is all powerfull than he neednt see if we have faith in him......we use god as an almighty answer....(e.g who makes it rain....i dont know...it must be a BIG thing...i know ...it must be a god!!!!! hey every body...god makes it rain)....we know now that it is evaporation...and not god.....in physics, you cannot get energy from nothing...then were did god come from?.....

And if he is ALL knowing and ALL powerfull than why does he need to create us? to see if we trust him and have faith in him, if he is indeed all knowing, than he will automaticly know the answer to that quistion, there probably does exist a god....but not all powerfull!!!

He created us to glorify him. He didn't make us as puppets to control us though and we fell astray by wanting to know both good and evil by eating apple. Now we have to find our path back to God through Jesus.

I think the leap you made was assuming that God NEEDED to create us...
but sticking to your 'God is not all powerful' thing....

God has infinite qualities not finite, God can only do things that are possible he can’t make square circles or a two sided triangle. It is asking God to bring about a logically contradictory state to his own nature.

This is what is called a category mistake to say he can make something he can’t lift. Its like asking a bachelor what his wife’s name is? What does the color yellow taste like. Color doesn’t taste. Its not possible for God to make a rock so big that even he can’t lift it. If he can make it he can lift it. If he can create it , he can destroy it. . It does not show that God has a limit to his power which means he does not possess infinite power. This means whatever he created is under his jurisdiction under his control, it can never have equality.

Whatever implies being and nonbeing simultaneously is incompatible with the absolute possibility which falls under divine omnipotence. Such a contradiction is not subject to it, not from any impotence in God, but because it simply does not have the nature of being feasible or possible. Whatever, then, does not involve a contradiction is in the realm of the possible with respect to which God is omnipotent. Whatever involves a contradiction is not within the scope of omnipotence because it cannot qualify for possibility. Better, however, to say that it cannot be done, rather than God cannot do it.

Perhaps God works within the laws of physics/nature to accomplish his goals. Nowhere in the bible does it actually say that He created the earth from nothing. Go to the original text before translations and the meaning is different- it seems to imply that there was something there that He used.
Perhaps He did in fact use some sort of matter and/or energy that already existed and He organized it and made it productive instead of chaotic. Perhaps then we too who are Gods creation (and His finest) also contain such matter and/or energy. Perhaps He is all powerful in that He knows how to use all matter and all the laws to create and organize beautiful and wonderful beings that can become productive and act for themselves.
Is it not beyond reason that there is matter that is eternal? As you said you cannot get energy from nothing. Is it not beyond reason that God, our earth, the heavens, the stars, planets, animals, even ourselves- everything is made of this matter and is eternal in such a sense.
God didn't make the rain, but he did create a world with a host of ecosystems that are unique and interdependent at the same time. How much knowledge and creativity did that take! Can you imagine one single human being ever- ever that could fathom and accomplish this?!
That brings us to your second point. Why does God need to create us if He is all-knowing and all-powerful. What is the point? It isn't to prove to God that we are faithful is it? No, it is for our own salvation. This is what the gospel truly teaches. God created men (includes women) in His own likeness (what does that tell you about the relationship between God and men) and put them on the earth that He created. He is our Father and we His children. He wanted us to have physical bodies for one thing. That is important. Oh yes it is. If it were not then why was Jesus Christ ressurected? What was the whole point of that if there was to be no physical body after death? And if we are to have one and we are created like our God then reason says he has one. God wants us to be like him. Coming to earth and gaining a physical body is one step in the process of becoming like God.
When God created us He did not make us rote beings. No, we have the ability to act for ourselves. I think that is very important. We are not here to prove anything to God. He is our Father and He knows His children. What we need to learn is how to be faithful, obediant, wise...... We need to learn how to become like God. It isn't something you can just say or do overnight. It is a process. There is something more to a human than just a physical body. There is something that makes us say this or that is not fair; that this or that is right or wrong even when we cannot think of any good reason. We just know for some reason that some things are "fair" and some things are "right" while others are not. Why else do we make communities?
This is the part of us that is like God. This is the part of us that we want to nourish, to grow, to learn what it is and how to use it. We will never be perfect- that is kind of impossible, but we can try our very best. That is all God asks. He doesn't even say this is your best so do this. He simply says this is the way, go and try your best. And then what? Well, this is the cool part! God sent his very own son- Jesus the Christ to come to earth and make a sacrafice to pay for the part that we couldn't do. We do all we can and then Jesus makes up for the rest, whatever it is. This is one step in the process of becoming like God.
At some point our bodies fail and die. However it happens they do. When they die the spirit, the soul, whatever you call it- that divine eternal part returns to where it came from and the physical part returns to where it came from. But it is not finished. God has a body remember. This is important. So important He sent His very own son to die and then be ressurected so that we could all live again like Him. So somehow, and this is something God knows how to do that we don't, the eternal part of us takes up our body after death and makes it an immortal eternal body of flesh (but not blood) that is perfect without disease or defect. This is another step in the process of becoming like God.
God knows lots of things that we still do not. I sincerely believe there is much much more that I do not know. I will not learn it all here on earth. It is simply too much in too short a time. I did however have a physics professor once who told us that God did not give us all the answers because He knew that we are smart enough to learn things on our own. He certainly must think highly of his children then! Perhaps there is no end to all that God has created (or organized) and all that He knows. That just means that for all eternity I will have things to do other than sit in heaven and sing (which I am horrible at anyhow and which I would find particularly boring)
As for being all-powerful I think you just misunderstand that knowing everything does not take away your power. Usually it gives you power. And you must understand that we come to earth for our own salvation, not for God's. God has made this possible- something we could not do for ourselves. He can and may use His knowledge (translate POWER) at any time for His own purposes but He continues to do so only for our benefit.
In a twisted way we use knowledge as a tool of power to coerce others into doing things usually out of fear. God does not do that to us. He allows us to act for ourselves. He has told us the consequences of the actions. He will not coerce us into believing and following. Perhaps men will, but God will not. If men do so in the name of God I would be very suspicious- not of God, but of the men.
Think some more and ponder about the things I have said. Pray and ask God if you have heard any truth in it. I think you will feel it in your heart and in your mind.
Like Sam I Am and the Green Eggs and Ham- You may like them. You will see. Try them, try them! And you may I say! Well, now maybe you will need to go read Dr Seuss. My kids love them. We have gazillions of the books!

Except that there's no reason to think one exists, or many exist, or any gods exist.

BTW, if there were one, "He was bored" would answer the "why create us?" question.

you had it right in your example........ man created god as a way to explain things they could not and as a way to control people with fear, it's that simple.
