Eat something...have some water too...metamucil wont make u feel dizzy or make ur legs tired, it's just fiber...sounds like u need more carbs, or ur coming down with something. Have some pasta or bread, and lots of water, u should be fine in an hour or so! Good luck!

Yah went a little too far in detail there, but I know metamucil doesn't make ur legs tired, 4 my dad takes it all the time and has no dazed dizziness problems either. Take the metamucil liquid at meals and u should b fine, unless u r a hypochondriac then that's a different story.

Metamucil works by adding moisture to the stool to make it move and soft. All of your symptoms come from being dehydrated.

Don't use metamucil. There's a new product on the market, Miralax, that's much, much better. You literally cannot taste or feel this product. You slip it into your OJ or your eggs, or your bowl of cereal or your mashed potatoes or your PBJ--whatever. You'll get no cramps, no nothing, but a bowel movement within the next few hours. Add it to anything, even stuff you're cooking. It's effective enough that I, a chronic constipator, cannot take it every day or I visit 5 times/day.

Go get something to drink, and drink it all down.

Take care!!
