Don't say anything. Instead, Make sure you look great, enjoy the concert and let her see that you guys are terrific together. Actions really do speak louder than words, if you start vocalizing your claim to him it makes you seem insecure. She's his ex, so it's really not her concern who his current girlfriend is!

If you go to the concert with him,this should be "clue" enough ,when she sees the two of you together, No need to say anything regarding that he is now yours i would suggest. Best to take the high road.

Why do you need to bother telling her anything at all? She's not going to take it well, and if some of her friends overhear it it's going to escalate into a big mess...a big ol' easily avoidable mess. Why?

i dont think you should even tell her that.
it's probably hard enough as it is for her to know that she cant have him anymore in the first place.
put yourself in her shoes.
