I might have RA. I have a doc's apt on monday to find out. It effects my hands, knees, toes and elbows. Does any one know of anything other than exersize, glucosamine, chondroitin, yucca and msm (I do all of these things) that help with joint function and pain manigment? I have heard of avacados and soy helping. Has anyone else heard of this? Thanks in advance.

Depending on your age, Evening Primrose oil or Omega three better known as fish oils, likewise a low fat diet! If you have RA chances are you have high cholesterol!

Try this product.

It worked for me a treat.

I do a lot of heavy weight training, and when I used to do heavy squats my knees used to make popping noises and started to hurt.

I used this product for a month and am completely pain free.

Good luck.

Fish oil helps.

An alkaline diet would also help as it helps to neutralise excess acidity. Perhaps a web search for "alkaline diet" might be useful.
