Who was faster, Bernard Taylor or Howard Davis Jr?

Many years ago....I saw Howard Davis, Jr. in one of his earliest amateur Golden Glove Fights in New York. I was only a couple of rows from the ring, but I could see that he had the fastest hands that I had ever seen in any fight that I have ever attended. My opinion still hasn't changed so.......my answer is Howard Davis, Jr.-------He was only a teenager, but he was lightening fast...............
