Sometimes. You can apply for one. You may or may not be approved.

There are many 0% credit cards. If you have paid your card in a timely manner, have stable income and same address for 2 years you should be able to get the 0% card. I have a complete guide available. Email: singletonme@yahoo.com

I would call them and tell them that you are closing the account if they jack the interest rate any at all. Or if they start to nickle and dime you do death with fees. If you don't have a balance and you have been paying your bill on time every time then they should see that you are a good customer and not mess with you. But they probably will anyway and if they do just boot them to the curb and go somewhere else.

If you pay your credit card charges in full each month then you don't have to worry about the interest rate because you never pay any interest.

Yes. You should start shopping for new card right away. Be sure to pay off the old one ASAP. Interest charges are horrid and paying them is stupid.

Yes, but it depends on your credit i suppose. If you have your card paid off, then I don't see why not.
