yes you can --- for all the nasty comments about online (and of course there is a lot of dross out there) --- how is it any worse than trawling the clubs/pubs/bars etc trying to find someone interesting and interested ---- at least online you are safe --- you can control what is happening and if you find someone then you can control the setting to make sure you are safe --- i say with great confidence as i met a lady online that i could and would have never met in person and she is truly the most wonderful person i have known and i never want to leave her side --- best wishes

Yes you can. You need to be careful though. Do not give out to much personal information in the beginning. If you don't have a web cam, I would suggest one. With a web cam, you can see who you are talking to and get body language. That way they cannot send you a picture of a much younger version of themselves and you not find out until later what they actually look like. Also, with the cam you can get a microphone so that you can talk pc to pc and not have to give out your phone number until you are ready to. It can be very exciting and fun but, you need to remember there are a lot of crazy/weird people out there so be careful.
