Was it just a lucky find, or were the scientists digging where they were for a reason? Where should we dig for a fossil that would support Creationism? If it is as science as its proponents say, there should be a testable prediction.

All fossils support creationism. Animals decay too fast to fossilize over many years. They fossilize very quickly under ideal conditions such as those that occurred by the flood. Fossils have been found where the animal was still swallowing its food or had food in their stomachs.

If you are truly interested in finding out about this, what better people to ask about creationism than creation scientists. Answers In Genesis is a creationist organization, and they have an article online on Tiktaalik. They welcome feedback (yes, from evolutionists, too), and will respond to any questions you would have them answer.
For any who would dispute their credibility, they have their credentials on the website.
