I notice girls that take an active interests in one of my hobbies or things I like. Usually there is very little overlap between stuff that guys like to do and what girls like to do, but it impresses me when a women crosses over the sex boundary for activities and we share a common interest.
For instance, I would be extremely impressed by any girls who would study Kung Fu, but in reality it is almost always guys who study martial arts while women gravitate towards yoga. You can go down the list and find so many activities that tend to segregate naturally between boys and girls. Cross over the line and suddenly you have the attention of every guy who shares the same hobby.
Other then that, smile. smile, smile. A women who smile, especially sincerely, is just sexier then women is gloomy, but even a fake smile is better then looking pissed off. Be confident, and know your sexy and you'll have no problem attracting guys.
Clothing actually doesn't matter much, most men actually look past a girls fashion sense (if they even have one themselves). I always take a girl laughing at my jokes to be a good sign myself as well.

I'm not a guy but i think guys look for a cute girl thats outgoing and rly nice.
