Same reason women are. The way they were brought up. Genes, stuff thats happened in their lives, in their homes. Momma didnt teach em right. Many reasons.*

Bold men has a lot more experience than shy guys thats why they can easily find means on how to take the attention of a lady.

Well usually the shyness and boldness comes from their parents so their behavior or how they act comes back to the parents. It's just people are unique and different.
