Look in the Yellow Pages for handyman services. If you bought the shade from a store that offers installation, you can call them as well.

search online for a handyman service in your area. I believe Yahoo has a business section which will can be of help to you; and they even have ratings to go along with the business.
The local paper may be your better bet; look in the classifieds.

you can sooo do this yourself.just use a tape measurer and a drill.measure from the floor to the top of bracket.mark it out with a pencil,where the screw holes go.then screw the bracket to the wall/or the top of window.the put the shade into place.if this ends up not being where you wat it you can re adjust brackets accordingly,mark holes and so on.
