I don't believe it is. And I don't think that evolution is valid either. So I want you to come up with a few reasons why global warming is not a serious issue, with out reference to evolution or how old the earth is. I have to write a paper on this.

I didn't ask what would happen if global warming was serious. I asked for you to show me reasons why it is serious or not.

If global warming was real, they wouldn't have to use qualifiers like "probably", "likely", "believe", "could" in front of the description of how bad global warming was.

Factual data just is. It requires no qualifiers.

Write your own paper since you are clearly a brainiac, i.e. "I don't think that evolution is valid either".

P.S. Here is an example of Evolution:

THE EVOLUTION OF QUESTIONS YOU HAVE ASKED IN THE PAST FEW HOURS:

I want reasons why global warming is NOT going to destroy the earth.? 2 hours ago

Is global warming a serious issue? 2 hours ago

Reasons why you believe global warming is not a concern to the earth? 3 hours ago

Maybe next time you shouldn't procrastinate.

How old the earth is has nothing to do with evolution. Do you believe the earth was created yesterday?

Since I don't understand your logic at all, my answer is this: the earth has been through tons of climate changes including global warming and ice ages. Truth is, we're headed for another ice age... it will be very cold. Population will be diminished to a tiny amount - or go extinct. So, if global warming is true or not, it doesn't matter anyway. But if it is, be happy it's warm right now because we'll miss it when we're freezing.

I can't find a reason why it is not important. Have you seen anything about how the polar bear is suffering? You really need to get updated on what is happening in the world you're living in. You sound uneducated if you believe global warming is not an issue. People with your same opinion might make the situation worse because they don't believe they have a part in the issue. Polar bears are just one thing affected, have you heard anything about Florida and Australia and the problems they could face in 20 years if something doesn't change? It is much more serious than you think. I'm not going to continue with this, you need to do your own research.

Here's MY view on it. I think it would be a good thing if we as human beings DID try to be a little nicer to the environment, but we've only had the means of making and burning fossil fuels for less than 200 years, and in geological time, that's NOTHING. The earth has been around for 60 BILLION years. Humans have only been on earth for about 20 minutes of the Earth's life. Plus, if you look at the fact that there has already been three examples of global warming (and subsequent ice ages as a result) in the span of the earth's life. Since humans weren't around then, what does that say? This is just a natural cycle in the Earth's existence and we're here for the ride.

Global temperatures which affect the earth may or may not be serious. Hurricanes vary in intensity and some are disastrous. In the past ice ages wiped out some forms of life and altered the landscape.Extreme tenperatures in either direction could be very damaging. I believe the these kinsd of things are cyclical and ther is nothing humans can do about it.
This is not the place to get data for your homework. Your sources are important and what others Think is not relevant.

I think that global warming is a very serious issue. Think about polar bears. Their home is melting around them. What would you think if your home was melting. All of your friends homes melting too.
What about penguins? They have the same problem, because of global warming. They will possibly get to warm in the antarctic summers.
We are running out of oil. The air is getting polluted. Sooo many cars are in New York City alone. If we got all the cabs to run on sugar cane or something like that, that would be a HUGE step up. Everyone needs to pitch in, though. That is the only way we can stop this. Do you want Greenland to be like Oregon? Do you want New York to be like Calafornia?
In thirty or so years the sea level will have risen, and be flooding some houses near the shore. There will be more huricans too.

Global warming is a part of Earth's natural history -better stated as climate change which has been going on regularly for millions of years. We have been in a warming stage since the end of the last glacial age 10,000 years ago. Many, many factors are involved in weather change. After we have completed this stage in another thousands of years, the glacial age will occur again. Nothing on Earth happens overnight. Do you consider what I have just written serious or not? Politicians and the media have gone berzerk with hysteria tactics and for their own purposes.

No it s nothing to worry about for Americans ,
everybody else is lying

but it is happening all over the world right now
150.000 people die each year related to global warming .this is expected to double soon .
In India are super storms that killed over 1000 people 2 days ago.
in Mexico over a million people lost their homes with water coming up to the roofs ,from super evaporation
in Brazil the same is happening
In northern china the whole country is becoming a dessert and millions are running from dust storms that are burying their village beneath the sand .

in the usa most news is repressed because it does not suit politics to have Global Warming real ,it will cost too much money to change the systems .and it is not mentioned in the Bible .

But be happy with your head in the sand ,
the time will come when beer becomes expensive because global water shortage ,and food prices will hit the roof because third world countries are in trouble with over heating of crops
.
ignorance is bliss
so don`t worry be blissful

I do not live in America
where we are people respect the Environment and behave responsible with our Natural resources .

you will get what you deserve
and with the tactical small nuclear air strike on Syria on the 6th of September ,your impending global Nuclear war is a far greater threat than Global warming
but then you know all about that

Did you bother to look at the number of active volcanoes venting right now?
http://volcano.und.edu/vwdocs/current_volcs/history.html
Now triple that for underwater volcanoes venting.
Can you believe that doesn't have an impact on warming?

Here is a good intellectual study about evolution - for the intelligent and reasoning people only:

In the past, when earth was much warmer than it is now, people enjoyed wealth and prosperity, mostly due to the bumper crops that could grow in the warmer weather. (This period was called the Medieval Warm Period, or the Medieval Optimum.)

(P.S.- The polar bear is NOT suffering!! Studies show that most polar bears populations are stable, and those that are in the warmer areas are growing. That's an inconvenient truth that is conveniently overlooked!)
