oh these wars were started against islam and the product of these wars is terrorism. never had we heard of suicide bombings (except a few occasions), not until the war started. now, there is never a day in iraq, when there is no suicide bombing. people have become overly desperate that they have started to think that suicidal bombings are something that is allowed in islam which of course is not!
so starting with the afghan war...so... do u think that it is justifiable, to attack a whole country, just for the sake to capture a group of people who were responsible for some terrorism act? like 5000+ people died in teh WTC incident and hundreds of thousands of innocent people have already died in afghanistan (and same can be said of iraq)... so what dod you think.. who is the bigger terrorist? al-qaeda or america? it is shameful to even try to justify their acts.
and moving on to iraq... a country ruled by a tyrant...? having weapons of mass destruction...? DUH! Iraq was far more peaceful under saddam hussein but i agree that some of the measures that saddam took were actually ruthless but does that justify US to attack Iraq...? these were internal matters of the country yet the US finds is okay to attack Iraq to end saddam's rule and to search for the "weapons of mass destruction". yet another shame for america that they weren't able to find any such weapons in Iraq.
in my opinion, the biggest terrorist today is the american army as it acts as the supreme authority of the whole world. it is like crusades all over again but this time under the veil of the media, to hide the truth and brain-washing the people's views about Islam.

Salaam Alaykum,
The loss of life catastrophic beyond comprehension. This is a war of profiteers and murderers. The people responsible
stand to gain millions of dollars. It is a war of greed and terror is the propaganda tool effectively used as an excuse to continue...where is the help of Saudi Arabia? An Ally to the United States...or the other Arab nations participating in the USA war mongering efforts. Turkey,Jordan, and the UAE.
Also sit back are idle and do nothing. Pakistan and it's government are sympathetic as the human butchery continues. Egypt's president Hosni Mubarak also a traitor.
The people that protest vigilantly can be imprisoned. The people of the United States cries, pleas, and protests go
unheard. Why is this war monger not be tried for war crimes?
My dream is to see President Bush who has subjected so many victims to murder and torture stand trial the same as
all prior war criminals before him. If you care go to www.ImpeachBush.org
Wasalaam

If it was a war on islam why would the USA have helped the mujahedein [sp?] against the Soviets? Why would we have waited until after 9/11 to kick out the Taliban? Why would we have not forced a totally secular government instead of the Kahrzi [sp?] government which has many actively muslim members? If it was a war on islam why are we doing everything possible to minimize civilian casualties in both Iraq and Afghanistan? Why aren't we using cluster bombs on terrorist neighborhoods? If we had wanted to kill civilians, there wouldn't be anyone left in either Iraq or Afghanistan. The evidence for a war on islam is just not there, unless you accept the assertion that islam is synonymous with terrorism.
[i challenge u to tell me ONE GOOD THING THT HAS COME OUT OF THIS WAR.]
If the removal of the murderous Saddam and Taliban don't count as good things then you must support terrorism, the slaughter of muslims (at the hands of Saddam), and the oppression of both nations.
You bring up interesting points, Alexander, points that can only lead one to the conclusion that its really a war on terror and not islam.
[so y are they still staying there?]
The governments of Iraq and Afghanstan are both under constant attack and need Allied support. When they are stable we will leave.
[women and children are being raped ... everyday by U.S soldiers ]
Any evidence to support that? (and don't bother to post a link to al-jazerra, which is openly supportive of terrorism)

War on Islam. There are other non-Muslim terrorist out there but receive little or no bashing. The father of all terrorism is is North America where they think its okay for them to oust other country's leader and invade their soil.

Everyone is getting something out of this war.
For Christian fundamentalists, it is a war on Islam and they are using every means to de-fame it.
For politicians it's war on getting the world, especially the oil rich middle east, under thier full control.
The inflamers of this war have gained alot of the situation.
What in totall loss is the life of innosence.

Neither...it is a war designed to insure that no one except the west is in control of the flow of the oil to the west. If it was a war on Islam then countries like Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kuwait etc would be joining the fight against the western forces. If it was a war on terror it would be an action mostly covert with the possibility of Israeli involvement.

War on Islam.
Terrorist wouldn't even exist if US and their allies didn't mingle in affairs of Muslims all over the world, from Somalia, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Bosnia, Kosovo, Algeria... And they back up oppressive butcher regimes like Uzbekistan, China, Algeria (where govenment troops disguised themselves into mujahideen slaughtered Muslim villages after the salafi party won in general election), Turkey, Musharraf who detained thousands and blew up hundreds of homes and dozens of mosques...
I think without Western militarism there would be no terrorism.

Why are you muslims in such denial? You offer NO evidence to support your inane claims of a war on islam then give down thumbs to anyone who disagrees and makes sense! Can't you see that this only makes you look foolish at best? If it was a war on your religion or even for oil then why didn't the USA simply take over in Saudia Arabia, kill all the people there and steal the oil? We certainly could have done it had we wanted to. We could have done the same to all the countries on the arabian penninsula, but we haven't and won't. Check your maps, denial isn't a river in Egypt.
"never had we heard of suicide bombings (except a few occasions), not until the war started"
Ever heard of a place called "Israel"? Ever heard of the bombing of the Marine barracks in Beruit in 1983? You people are either badly misinformed or very poor liars.
