Has anyone received their Ameriquest Mulit-State Settlement check yet (or know if they've been mailed)?

I just received an e-mail from the addministrator; here is what it said....There have been no checks mailed as of yet. There is no update to the
check mailing date at this time. The amount of each individual check is
not yet available. When the check print date becomes available it will
be posted on the web site www.ameriquestmultistatesettlement.com

No nothing yet from Ct. They told me If I don't recieve by nov 28 07 to call the 1 800 number does anyone know if the settlement will include the illegal prepayment fee that was assessed when people remortgaged ($10,000)

I spoke to a rep on the 800 hotline and same story...they do not have any answers and only told me to call back on the 28th if I still do not have a check. I am hoping the check is in my mailbox today!! The rep also told me that it is possible some checks may have been mailed, she was not made aware of this and will not be, so your guess is as good as mine. I was hoping to get this check prior to Thanksgiving. Any guess's on how much will be added to our initial refund amounts? Hundreds? Thousands?

I haven't received a check yet either. I'm in Illinois, not sure if this makes a difference. Hopefully I get it soon. The 800 number is useless for these types of questions. I was even concerned because when I called they had me under completely different phone numbers. My address was correct though.

Hello,

I am told via email that the settlement checks should be mailed sometimes this month. To my best knowledge they have not been mailed yet. Please let me know if you get any more information, or if you receive your check.

The only word on the website is that they are due out sometime this month. Could be any day now.
