No... but it can kill the rest of you as well.
Little bastard kid employees used to kill our whipped cream supply in the walk-in when I worked at a c-store.
(grandfather, there are other propellants as well, and it's not like the dentist because the dosage isn't monitored. Nitrous works by taking the place of oxygen in your blood, so too much can cause you to suffocate without knowing it.)

I did them until I passed out one night. When I woke up, I had drool all over my face and started laughing. Then I did them again.
And that was the extent of my whippet adventure.

it's nitrous oxide, laughing gas, like you get at the dentist
it's one of the safest drugs known to man
the only way it'll kill brain cells is if you hold your breath too long and run out of oxygen (and you don't need NO2 for that)
