ignore him. tell him to **** off and convince your friend, (without letting her know he came onto you) that he's not the right guy for her and she should dump him.

man this has the potential to ruin your friendship...if you be in her ear talking about how this dude is not right for her she could start to resent you. she has to see him for who he truly is on her own
