drive with there front fog lamps on at all times regardless of visability?

Normally young chav types who think they look cool, it is illegal and you can get fined for it!

It could be that they don't see the warning light on the dashboard or they have just come through an unexplained thick bank of fog which nobody else has seen or they don't realise it's an offence or....it could just be... that they're serious grade 'A' pratts that think it looks cool when in actual fact they're just dazzling people and being a total pillocks.
I used to love giving fixed penalties out for that!!!

Blindness? What really gets me going are the fools who have their rear fog lights on in the rain. The tossers don't realise or care that they dazzle vehicles that are higher than them. Wankers!

cos they think it looks cool until mr plod pulls them over and gives them a fixed fine for using fog lights when they are not needed

They're they same twats who drive with rear fog lights on when it's raining - making it impossible to distinguish them from their brake lights.

because like so many people in the world, they dont care about anyone else but themselves, and so rather than inconvenience themselves by turning them off, or thinking about how it bugs other people, they just dont care and leave them on. I hope they get cancer
