shall we do the maths. The civil conflict led to 1865. So except they are 146 and served as a newborn, I doubt there are any alive. except you're speaking of a civil conflict different then the yank Civil conflict.

since are in the middle of the war waged on the middle class, and since it is waged by a group of citizens of one country against the citizens of the same country (a definition of Civil War) I would imagine there is quite a few
