You're probably not being serious but I'll answer you anyway. You can actually do this in a labratory with the proper equipment. You have to screw around with it on an atomic level. It's a lot more expensive to make it than to just buy it at a store though.
Otherwise, I'd suggest finding a higher paying job, or invest into an online save account offering 5%, sell some old books or dvds on ebay, sell your car for cash and buy a cheaper one with lower monthly payments, or sell the lead itself as someone else suggested.

That's alchemy. Lead is one element (Pb) and can't be turned into gold, another element (Au)
Evolution? It's with mutations and such. Heck, I have an inherited mutation-my hair color from my mom. And if I have kids with a guy with a mutation or hair color like mine and it keeps on happening, eventually there'll be a new species of humans with my hair color and what ever comes along with it.
It takes generations for a new species to evolve from an old one, and it has to be in the right situation.
Oh, and I'd put invisiblity cloth on yourself so you aren't found

All you have to do is change its atomic molecular structure, which with modern science IS possible using a particular accelerator oddly enough on the table of elements thay aer only separated by a single sub-atomic particle). However it would cost tens of millions of dollars to make even an ounce of gold so it isn't cost effective.

First you would have to get the lead to interbreed, and produce offspring. Then you would have to have that reproduction process great genetically unique generations. Then you would have to enforce natural selection on these generations. Then wait a few million years.
Or, you could put the lead in a sock, and knock out an armored truck driver.
