The fundamental of Wicca is DO NO HARM. There's a book by Marion Weinstein called Positive Magic that's a must read for anyone before they start trying to cast.

The rule of three is simple but very powerful: Whatever you do comes back to you threefold.

This is not only in magick, but in every aspect of life. Witches are warned in the Wiccan Rede to "ever mind the rule of three." So remember to think before you act, or you could suffer serious consequences.

By the karmic power of the number three
This spell tied or knotted be
So that its contents stay together
And can't harm human, beast or weather
(Dorothy Morrison)

Ask anyone who did a less than nice spell on someone what repercussions they had. They are never pretty.

Most Wiccans also believe in Karma, a phenomenon that guides the soul toward evolving acts. While it isn't quite a cosmic system of checks and balances, good brings good and bad propagates bad.

Wiccans don't believe in predestination. We make the choices that pattern our lives. We are responsible for our own actions -- we have no one to blame for them except ourselves.

In some religions, there is a belief that you will get your rewards and punishments after you die, in the afterlife. Because of this, many people think they can get away with things, not having to face up to their responsibilities until after death. Not so in Witchcraft. We believe that we are responsible for our actions right here and now. (Raymond Buckland).

Below are some commonly used seals for spells that are evermindful of the rule of three:

By the power of three times three, this spell is bound so mote it be.

Buy a book about it. That's what Wicca is about. Emphasis on the buying part.
Try buying the secret, I hear its the same thing and its a one time only investment as opposed to the entry fees/workshopfees, the giant pentagram you will be expected to wear as well as the cloak, the head gear, and the dress (or the gym fees if you dig the skycladders).
And be sure to dabble and blasphemize in some religions you know nothing about while you're at it.

I use to be Wiccan. I can teach you everything you need to know.

Wicca is a religion concocted by a man named Gerald Gardner in England circa 1950. Prior to Gardner, there was no Wicca. Gardner's original Wicca seems to have been little more than an excuse for him to be tied up and beaten by strong willed women, according to Adian Kelly, a Wiccan traditionhead and author of "Crafting The Art of Magic".

"Wicca" is basically assumptions used to "recreate" pre-Christian religions that almost nothing is known about. So, the basics are imagination and intellectual haze.

Wicca is another name for witchcraft. And the major activity of witchcraft is magic - the attempt to control people &/ or nature by the use of spells, incantations, etc. Success is dependent upon the participation of demons.
