Motivation is an internal thing. Everyone looses chances and faces the loss of motivation but thats why the guys who make it are the best. Because they didnt give in or give up. You wanna be the best then fight for it.

All branches are full of B.S. so you just have to try and keep your self motivated by not thinking about all to lost opportunities. If you stay with it through this time of trouble when you do become a seal it will be that much better.

Awful vague question. Are you trying to qualify for BUDS and Naval Special Warfare School. Or are you a unhappy Seal? If you are a SEAL, buck up and stop whining or turn in your Eagle Trident Musket and Anchor, go back to being a regular sailor. If you are a whiner, you are a liability, not an asset to your team.
My guess is you are not a SEAL.

Been there/done that, had the same problem... What?... you're going to let them win??? How have your opportunities been taken away? Did you sign up for a "C" school?
Capitalize SEALs next time sailor!
