One of the coolest jobs I've heard of was getting a job on a cruise ship. My aunt, who is a home health care nurse, was able to get a "job" on an Alaskan ship.

There's always steward, international business, Peace Corps (if you're into the volunteering) or even volunteer opportunities that will take you all over the world, like studying dolphins in Brazil to studying the local culture of Turkey.
