Will my 3 month old puppy remember her parents when I go take her to see them? Will the parents remember her? What if she doesn't want to come back to me--is that possible? I'm just wondering if they'll bark at each other or if it would be like a little reunion. I think it'd be pretty interesting to see.

Yes. If she is only 3 months old then it hasn't been all that long since the puppy was with the parents. She will at least remember the mom. I have had pups come back to visit a few months later and the mom and pups recognize each other. I had these 3 pups(3 weeks old) that were bottle raised by a friend of mine while my husband was in the hospital for cancer surgery. The lady ended up keep the pups and they came back for a visit when the pups were 4 months old. The mama dog was so happy to see them. Almost ripped the soft carrier apart to get to them. It was a happy reunion for all of them.

We got my husky from my brother in law. He still has the parents and we visit often. I don't think that my dog recognizes them as his parents, but they do all get along really well and play together great! He is always ready to go home when I am though and never seems to think twice about them once we are out of site. Enjoy the reunion!

I am not entirely sure, but I think it would be fine. A few times I've let one of my dogs see her mother and it was fine. I am not sure if they recognized each other, but they got along, and my dog was okay with coming back, and she was a year old at the time.
Be positive about it, it should be okay; especially if they see each other now sense it has not been too long sense they have last seen each other.

She will remember them, but not as her parents, just as dogs she once knew.

Mine remember two years later. You are her 'pack' now, she will come back to you because of that, she isnt part of the original pack any more.

Chances are she will NOT remember them and they will NOT remember her.
Dogs are not like people. They do not understand things like that.
