I've heard a few comments from the more fundamentalist Christians, that this movie is an attack on Christianity because it defies the word of the bible. Personally I laugh at that!. I think they should rename it to 10,000 B.C.E. So what do Christians on yahoo think of this movie?

I'm not judging all of Christianity on a few idiots. Notice I said a few Christian fundamentalists. I know most Christians don't believe that 6000 years old junk. I'm just curious as to what the people on yahoo think.

Kewl. I look forward to watching it with great interest and to be entertained. And I hope there will be later sequels that will go as far back as 40,000 B.C.E. when the first wheel was invented.
LOL.

As a Christian, I'm fine with it. Being Christian doesn't mean you have to believe the world is 6,000 years old. Many of us even accept evolution.
In other words, don't judge the village by the village idiot.

Well to me. I say it pretty much fits the world today. like it said in the trailer: evil, good, betrayal , what they call "love",
. Just from the commercials i can already tell this movie is the #1 "goner" on my list.

This Christian isn't sure it's a movie she'd want to watch, not for theological reason, but I'm not into that whole 'epic' thing.

Good fairy tale. Just like the one that starts out with, "millions and millions of years ago". Hey Kara J, what village do you live in?

What? You mean the world is older than the Bible says it is?
But how can that be? Blasphemers!

i'd like to point out that the vast majority of Christians world-wide accept a 4.55 billion year old earth
it's a very small, very distinct, very American, but unfortunately very vocal minority that objects
