Chinese Hot & Sour soup, or New England Clam Chowder - I like them equally.

Oh! And the Gullashsuppe at The Austrian Restaurant, near Conwy in Wales - SUPERB! But hard to get if you don't live near Conwy. Which I don't. :-(

I love most kinds of soups. Thick creamy ones are my favourite and i really like ones made from root vegetables such as pumpkin. Cream of tomato soup is lovely and so is minestroni (with a nice big chunk of freshly baked crusty bread ofcourse!)

I love broccoli cheese soup, but I also had this soup at a small restaurant that was delicious...it was cream of sun-dried tomato...best i've ever had!

Sainsburys 'Be Good to Yourself ' 3 bean and tomato soup.
Its like very mild chili-con-carne in soup form!
