Rght-click on the zip file and choose Extract.

Make sure you create and then save to a new folder on the desktop, not a temporary folder.

Why not just create a new folder (name it new icons or whatever you like) place the zip file in that folder, right click on the zip file and select extract here. You should then be able to see and use the icons

If you don't have a zip utility program grab this free one

Windows XP should be able to open zip files. What happens when you try to open the file?

affiliate the report with the Java Runtime ecosystem. To do institutions, bypass to "My laptop", click on one in each and every of your drives (C: case in point). whilst that's shown, % "strategies->folder techniques" (or residences... that is in distinctive places based on the residing house windows version). Open residing house windows explorer (merely open any folder) to get the strategies -> folder techniques window. once you get the folder techniques window, click on the tab "report varieties". you're able to be waiting to the two edit or upload JAR records (.jar extension) substitute this technique used to open JAR records. in the report elect window, bypass to the folder the place the JRE is put in (could be c:/application records/java/ (...), mark "consistently open with", and decide the javaw.exe report
