I would say that depends on whether or not their souls were intertwined. If one repented, and one didn't, then yes, they have separate souls.

yes they have 2 diffrent souls and one can have a very nice good soul but the other can have a devilish mean bitter soul

Although God is the final judge; I would assume that they each have their own soul and therefore would be subject to that possiblity.
