They are on the same team, even if they do not believe. The Bible says that if it doesn't Glorify God, then it's not of Him. You're either on His team or not. Non-Christians are on the "not" team.

Satanists don't worship the devil. Here are the eleven satanic rules of the earth:
1 Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked.
2 Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure that they want to hear them.
3 When in another's lair, show him respect or else do not go there.
4 If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy.
5 Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal.
6 Do not take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the person and he cries out to be relieved.
7 Acknowledge the power of magic if you have used it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained.
8 Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself.
9 Do not harm little children.
10 Do not kill non-human animals unless attacked or for your food.
11 When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, destroy him.
Doesn't seem too bad does it? And no mention of the Devil.

Bring on the Satanists... Wait where are they? I can only guess they believe, have faith in what they believe and aren't trying to prop up their belief by using science to argue that science isn't valid. In fact the only people here that I see talking about Satan are Christians. In fact you're the first person I've seen here today - so maybe you're a Satanist...
You know if Christians were that way no one would argue with them at all. If you just say "I believe and don't need proof and see no reason to try to tear down something else to prop up my belief" then no one would argue with you.

Most satanists don't actually believe in the existence of the devil and the atheists know this.

I haven't seen many satanists on S&C, also by default if god doesn't exist then Satan doesn't. The same thing also applies to Islam.
Then too, Satanists are not pushing to have their "pseudo science" taught in public schools nor pushing their morality to be made into civil law.

That's because I haven't seen anyone putting up any questions about the existance of the devil/satan and wanted to debate about them. Besides it's usually only the christians that believe those silly bedtime stories of boogiemen and an almighty creater that has magic powers to change the laws of physics whenever he sees fit. Read the "God delusion" and other decent books by educated people and you will know what I am talking about.

Not a lot of Satanists extolling their worship of the Devil on Y!A.
In any event, Christians and Satanists both believe in God and the Devil. They just worship different deities. Atheists believe in neither.

How many times have you seen a Satanist here? Christians are the most visible and vocal group here, so it makes sense that they'd be the ones the Atheists would butt heads with the most.

Maybe there just aren't as many satanists around. If I was an atheist I'd be happy to argue with satanists as well as christians.

The Satanists don't get their collective panties all up in a bunch the way some Christians do, so they wouldn't get the same entertainment value. If we'd stop going on that same merry-go-round with them, they'd get bored and stop.

Pearl, you need to read St. Matthew 7:6. A debate without a debate is no debate at all.
