I would find their supervisor even if the owner of the company and make a formal complaint. This is not appropriate behavior for a person in a managerial position.
If you have not worked under your boss for very long (less than a month) it IS possible that she really doesn't know your name. However, if she calls you "Hey you!" don't respond since that isn't your name.

People like that, I tend to insult by calling their name wrongly also. I have a client that when I call, she calls me everything but my name. So, I do the same sometimes out of spite.
I know it's not right, but I get tired of being called the wrong name, and you talked to me just about every day for at least a year!
If her name ir Martha, try calling her Mary, Marie, Mar, Mart, Marthie, Mathis, Mayo, Musty, Mister, Arthur. She'll get the point, and probably won't like it one bit.

It could be that she really doesn't remember your name. Some people have a real hard time remembering names. It could be that you have an unusual/hard to pronounce name. My dad's girlfriend is from india and has a different type of name, but I finally got it. I kept calling her Monopoly for awhile. Give her a short nickname she can call you by. Something simple.

It is possible that she has ADD. I do, and I find coming up with names to be difficult, because I'm thinking of what I want to say to the person, not how to address them. Sometimes I even forget my kids' names!
Unless you can pinpoint for sure that she is doing this to be rude, just let it go. There could be lots of reasons her memory is slippery. Don't always assume someone is trying to be a jerk.

Yes, it's rude of her if she really does know who you are. You should speak with her but do it privately. Let her know respectfully how it makes you feel.
As her actions are demeaning, in some circles it could be interpreted as harrassment. She needs to stop it.

Yes, that is RUDE. Sounds like she thinks she can't be bothered with learning her employees' names.
I would say, loudly but nicely, "My name is _____". That will let her know how you feel about it. If she keeps it up, she'll just look like a jerk.

My boss calls me his ex-paralegal's name often and it hurts my feelings too. I always correct him, nicely, but I do it. You kind of have to train them like dogs, be firm, but gentle. So the next time she does it say "My name is __________" and smile.
