I appreciate the concept of the FSM. Like the article says, it raises quite a bit of questions about faith especially compared to science. (Being a scientist myself, I am quite biased towards the subject.) However, if taken to the extremity, FSM can be used as a tool to mock religion.

I'm happy, however, that this influenced Kansas to see that intelligent design is not a science.
