Yeah, I don't know if I can name the first thing, but I can tell you the last things. I bought some old shirts to use as smocks while I'm painting, and I bought a pipe holder and am using it as a paintbrush holder, and it's quite unique, and the compartment in the middle is quite handy for holding small things- and makes me think of a grandparent who used to smoke cigars and pipes.

My old 1979 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale, a 4-door sedan. The most comfortable car I've ever had... it was like driving your living-room sofa down the road. Heavy and solid like a tank!! And, a good snow car. Too bad, it finally rusted out. But it had close to 200,000 miles on it at the end.

we got a nice dresser for $20, and we get free stuff from freecycle boards once in a while - the best being a printer that was no longer wanted because it leaves like a half a millimeter stripe of white on the edge of big pictures.

I rarely purchase any thing brand new. If it is new, it is totally on sale.
The best thing was an old school dinning table from the 50's for my son when he got married. It came with the cool padded chairs too!

I got this awesome pair of plaid pants for $1.50 at a thrift store in Glenwood Springs. They're so cool! You can find some great stuff secondhand, I hate it when snobby people think they're too good for that kind of thing.

Well lets see,I think I buy nearly everything used, unless it on a good sale and something I need.Cars, lawn mower, heater, large fish aquarium and stand.Sofa, recliner, this computer, printer, and this desk it sits on.I spent years literally keeping finance companies in business and one day I lost it all and when I started over,I went with used and now I own everything,am happy and find quite good bargains.Someone trash my treasure, even my dogs belonged to someone else frist, they are rescues. lol.

I bought a telescope that would have sold new for $200, and I got it used for $50. It is a GREAT telescope that I still use.
