It could be his diet. It could be the way his body processes the food he eats. Is he eating a lot of meat and cheese? This could cause the stench. He needs to eat more fiber and perhaps more fruits and vegetables.

anyways, he has a different body then you do, his body is more acidic than yours and he digests differently.
