No. But if the pup had an undetected murmur or a slight murmur it might increase leakage at higher altitudes. Less air pressure causes higher blood pressure and increased leakage.

No, a flight will not cause a heart murmur, however, if a murmur is detected when they are examined for a health certificate (required to fly), a vet might not give clearance for the pup to be flown.

No. Some murmurs, called "innocent" murmurs go away as the pup ages. Some are a hint of a serious condition. Good thing to get it checked out. There are vet cardiologists.

No lots of young puppies do have heart murmurs which they grow out of. But a flight will not create a heart murmur.

Nope. If it has a heart murmur, it was born with it. Take the pup to a veterinary cardiologist for a more indepth diagnosis and prognosis.

No. Heart murmurs are a disturbance in blood flow caused by a hole or valve problem. They usually go away as the animal/person ages.
