I take 3 x 100mg MS Contin per day plus 8 Panadene Forte per day for lower back pain and Peripheral Neuropathy. I also take 3 Hypnodorm at night for sleep.
I have become tolerant of this medication mix and would like to know if anyone has any ideas for alternative medication.
I have already been down the Epilim Nurontin and others path to no avail.
Please help.

Contact a neurosurgeon for evaluation for either an implanted nerve stimulator or intrathecal morphine.

have you tried accupuncture? my brother has so much hardware in his back (after 5 collapsed vertebrae) it's unreal, and he has tried everything. pain clinics are a joke. they are just money mills. i don't know about the treatments pangolin suggested, but do check those out too.
