I received it in a text message and I have no idea what its about

it's weird... some of he letters are greek (Δ, Ω, Ξ, Σ) , some spanish (ñ), swedish (å)... i don't think it has a meaning

Looks like Mojibake to me. Probably a font
that didn't come through correctly.

i think its just crap. though it may be Chinese that didn't come across accurately.
