how long is it good for??

In the fridge, for about a week. I bought the pillsbury cooking squares and only used half (24 pack). I put a clip on the rest in the package and left in the fridge until the following weekend when I made the rest of them and they were fine. To be on the safe side, I wouldn't make them after being in the fridge for longer than a week unless you freeze them but then they might taste like freezer burn.
