Mike Golic didn't even know Gordon's last name. He said Jordan instead of Gordon? He should know sports stars name & how to pronounce them.

LMAO..i love Mike and Mike but you could tell they arnt familiar with NASCAR at all. Both guys said that Jimmie Johnson had all but won the title and anyone knows 86 point lead can become a 86 point deficit with a flat tire, blown engine or crash. Still 400 miles to go before we crown a champion dont count out Jeff yet.

Yep, I like those guys and watch them all the time but Golic isn't good a faking stuff he doesn't know. You'd think even a non race fan would know who Jeff Gordon is and how to say his name. I think the only reason he knows Jimmie's name is because of the former Dallas Cowboys coach, they had them both on the week at Texas, but I'd bet a lot of money that he couldn't spell it right.

i do not understand what each person else thinks yet i'm somewhat ticked at velocity television . I watch it to work out racing, no longer recreation shows or cooking shows. also it type of feels NASCAR is taking on the channel and putting a ton of garbage on there in order that a number of those previous defunct drivers have an section to precise their evaluations. I very virtually fell off my chair very last evening when I grew to develop into it on and they were showing How "Winnebago's" are made. Mannnnnnnn that is amazingly scraping the bottom , at the same time as there is the kind of number of styles of racing they could be showing. JMO

I love the show, and they respectively do more NASCAR segments compared to the other ESPN regular shows. Like Steevo said, Golic SUCKS @ fakin' things he doesn't know. Besides Around the HORN... Mike and Mike is one of the best shows ESPN has to offer!
PS - I wish Around the HORN would integrate more NASCAR talk over to the show.. Instead of only having one question every blue moon.. And usually when the idiot Tim Cowlishaw is on.

Mike Golic was a very good football player, and he's very entertaining to listen to, but somehow, for some reason, I get the feeling he's not a NASCAR fan.

Sorry I missed this Miscue--these guys are always comparing the Greatest Players or Teams of Baseball--Football-Basketball Its a shame Nationally Syndicated guys like this are so uninformed about Nascar and the Drivers!!!!!
