I have been marries for several decades. My wife has given me about a hundred different pet names. I never even considered that some might consider them belittling. It really is none of their business.

i call my boyfriend sweetpea and he calls me sweetie pie you're able to get the nickname from something he does or acts like my woman pal calls he boyfriend chief grasp talks alot reason he does i assume you're able to locate the humorous, wierdest, cutiest, element he does and contain a popularity to tournament it. I named my boyfriend sweetpea reason he sleeps in this funky way that jogs my memory of the form of a pea pod and he says that i'm candy as apple pie and it is going good at the same time.

well usually you get a name but how you act and what your like. For example by bf likes to cuddle so I call him koala bear. see the resemblance? just pick a name that he's comfortable about being called

OOH It depends on the guy & how comfortable you are together. But you can switch them up from time to time so it's exciting (spit game) lol I call my boy "baby-doll, gorgeous, honey, papi, corazon" etc. Goodluck
